We cook a regional and seasonal thuringian cuisine with a lot of passion and creativity. By the selection of our products from our region is the sustainability and the freshness very important for us. Mushrooms, herbs, goat cheese and the lamb meat are coming from species appropriate keeping from the region. The fine wine comes from regional and international cultivation, the liqueur from the fawner heights.
We offer in our restaurant different and changing theme nights on multiple evenings in the week.
