In order for you to prepare, decorate and set up your event in peace, we will have the rented event room available to you one day in advance (from 3.00 p.m., depending on availability). If you would like to have the room available the whole day prior to your event, kindly note that we charge a fee of 100 % of the agreed room rental.

"Baumbach"
Since 2022, the "Baumbach" room has become a permanent break and lounge area. Our guests and conference participants can have a break and relax here. In order not to disturb your conference flow, we also set up your break catering in the "Baumbach" room.
