With a lot of passion and creativity we cook a regional and seasonal Thuringian cuisine "modern interpreted". Sustainability and freshness have a high priority in the selection of our products from the region. Mushrooms, herbs, sheep's cheese and lamb, from species-appropriate husbandry come from the surrounding area, the game from neighboring hunting grounds. Best wines from regional and international cultivation as well as liqueurs from the Fahner heights, round our offer off.


Several evenings a week we offer changing theme nights and seasonal specials in our restaurant.

Enjoy a good forest breakfast, later a light herb salad, for dinner regional or international cuisine, fresh from the buffet at our open show kitchen or rather elegant á la carte.
