On 4 and 5 May 2024, the 23rd Pottery Market will take place in Lindenstraße in Ilmenau from 10:00 am. The festival has long since established itself as a permanent fixture in the market and cultural scene in Thuringia. Its good reputation is known far beyond the district borders, so that exhibitors come from all over Germany and even Hungary. As every year, around 40 potters, ceramists and artists will present and sell their diverse products at the market. There is something for every taste - from tableware to garden decorations to small gifts.

In the afternoon hours, from 14:00 to 17:00, the market will be accompanied by music on both days. 

Enjoying the beautiful backdrop of Erfurt's old town with a glass of good wine is something you shouldn't miss! At the Erfurt Wine Festival, winegrowers from various German wine-growing regions come together to present their fine wines. The offer of these days is rounded off with great music and tasty food.

The well-known Weimar Onion Market, popular far beyond the state borders, takes place every year. On this weekend, Weimar's city centre will be transformed into a huge market and event cauldron.
